Hilton Garden Inn Knoxville West/Cedar Bluff

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I spend a considerable amount of time in hotels, and the level of hospitality I experienced during this stay at the Hilton Garden Inn truly stood out—largely thanks to Jocelyn. From the moment guests walked through the doors, Jocelyn was there to greet everyone with an incredibly genuine, warm smile. In an industry where customer service pleasantries can sometimes feel scripted or contrived, her authenticity was a breath of fresh air. It was clear she genuinely cared about making people feel welcome and valued. Beyond the outstanding personal interaction, Jocelyn and her entire team were marvelously efficient. They managed every aspect of the front desk and guest services with seamless professionalism, ensuring that everything ran flawlessly without ever losing that personal, human touch. Thank you to Jocelyn and the team for an exceptional stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for perfectly balanced service and operational excellence.

5s all around. We came as a soccer team along with a few other ones and it was a great hotel. They have a patio outside where you can sit and wait for the group which was nice. The breakfast was great and has several options you can choose from. It is only 20 minutes from the airport which is nice too.

I will start by saying the rooms are DEFINITELY dated. The sprinklers have rust on them and the bottom of the bathtub is showing signs of wear. However when it comes to the quality of taking a shower- this is A+. Super hot water with nice pressure. The staff are so friendly and they even remember you by name. Location is great. Close to many restaurants. Gym is okay- treadmills, and weights. Although the property is dated, I can tell the staff takes pride in ownership. (Towels folded, two individual hand wash soaps — definitely one of the higher quality Hilton setups I’ve seen). I will still say at this hotel versus a brand new one just because of the price taken with upkeep. There are only so many things the staff can control.
